The forth dealership conference on transport refrigeration organized by the TerraFrigo Plant was held in Rostov- on-Don on March 14-15, 2019. The conference had more than 75 participants from different cities of Russia and the CIS countries.
As usual it started with excursion to the Plant. New production lines, modernized sites and new solutions were presented to the participants.
Also, the results of collaboration for 2018 were summed up, and the newly-designed products and a new dealer support marketing program were presented. The following important issues were considered: means to increase sales and the net promotor score, warranty and technical capabilities..
